Singapore architecture firm DP Architects and The Food Explorer Group have launched a local-fusion bistro at Marina Square.
A joint venture by local architure firm DP Architects and the owners of Grub, Redpan is an 80-seater bistro focusing on modern interpretations of Singapore cuisine. The casual, open-concept space offers a menu of local comfort food with a Western spin, like the lup cheong mac & cheese ($12), prawn & hae bee hiam pasta with spicy shrimp paste and tagiatelle ($15), and Hainanese pork chop ($13). The homegrown theme extends to its dessert and drink selection, like the sticky date pudding that has local red dates ($8) and the banana milo dinosaur donuts ($7). For something a little more indulgent, Redpan also serves premium cuts of meat ranging from pork belly ($19) to beef short-rib with Bovil ($32).
