Yakiniku-GO adds premium pork cuts to their menu

When we think of Japanese yakiniku, most of us immediately picture sizzling pieces of beautiful Japanese beef. Here to set a new standard for yakiniku-lovers in Singapore, Yakiniku-GO has launched a new Pork Selections menu in response to an increasing demand by fans.

For the first time ever, the quick service yakiniku chain now offers quality pork cuts specially sourced from Japan to complement their popular line-up of beef, chicken, lamb, and seafood.

Featuring noteworthy brands gourmands would be familiar with, the menu presents stars such as Miyazaki Pork and Duroc Pork, both raised in stress-free environments and boast extremely tender, juicy, flavourful meat.

Miyazaki Pork gets their unique texture and taste from being raised on a diet of whole corn kernels, while Duroc pigs are a cross between white and Iberian pigs with delicate intramuscular marbling.

Available as two main sets as well as à la carte options, there’s the Pork Sanshu Mori Set, that comes with pork belly, porl collar, and pork jowl, and the indulgent Miyazaki Tokujo Pork Set, featuring a trio of Miyazaki pork belly, Miyazaki pork collar, and Miyazaki pork loin steak. Both sets come with accompanying rice, seaweed soup, and a side of kimchi.
