An underground graffiti art project has surfaced and it looks like these folks want to rekindle the "art or vandalism" debate that emerged from the recent Sticker Lady saga. Not much is known about this movement except for its name Can(e) Singapore, possibly played off the fact that vandalism is a crime punishable by caning (only applicable to men).
