Morning mimosas, evening cocktails, a big night out and brunch with bubbly to wake up to—now that’s a weekend done right. And it’s even better when you can have that all in one place. Located on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 1, LAVO is an Italian-American restaurant and rooftop bar that turns into a swanky nightclub after dark. Providing stunning views of the city—best enjoyed from their outdoor bar and terrace—LAVO hosts a series of events that combine to make for the ultimate in weekend indulgence. Here’s the itinerary you can look forward to.

Saturday

10:30am

Make your way up to LAVO nice and early on Saturday morning to get in on their Bottomless Mimosas deal. For just $30, you can have as many Mimosas as you like from 10:30am to 3pm every Saturday. Complement the classic bubbly cocktail with a seafood platter that includes jumbo shrimp, oysters, littleneck clams, king crab, lobster, crab meat salad and tuna ceviche or brunch-appropriate mains like steak and eggs.

5pm

Next up is a slice of Italian culture with LAVO Aperitivo. Running daily from 5pm to 7pm, this happiest of happy hours gives you the opportunity to explore LAVO’s menu of signature cocktails on a one-for-one basis. Kick things off with a Frozé, a blended Rosé slushy, concocted with fresh raspberry syrup; move on to Dragon Spritz, muddled with fresh Dragon Fruit that brightens up the classic Aperol Spritz; and then embrace the LAVO Mule, LAVO’s twist on the classic cocktail with fresh ginger.

11pm

At 11pm, many nights out will start to wind down, but at LAVO, that’s when the party really gets going. LAVO’s weekly Saturday Soiree starts with sumptuous Italian-American cuisine during dinner service and craft cocktails before DJs hit the decks and turn the space into one of the city’s hottest party venues. Keep an eye out for famous faces; the likes of David Beckham and Jermaine Dupri have popped by past Saturday Soirees. A $20 admission fee applies after midnight.

Sunday

12pm

With the serious partying done for now, it’s time to kick back and take it easy—but not too easy, because LAVO’s Sunday Champagne Brunch ($158* per person) is waiting for you. Sleep in and head up at noon to tuck into a luxe spread of fresh seafood, charcuterie, cheese, eggs any way you like them, canapes and mini versions of LAVO’s famed meatballs. Then head over to the carving station for some roast pork roulade and broiled beef tenderloin, or the brick oven for some pizza, and finish with your picks from their selection of gelato and sorbets. At your disposal until 3pm is a free flow of Veuve Clicquot champagne, Bloody Marys, Singapore Slings, beer, wine and more.

Bonus: Wednesday, 6pm

Of course, you don’t necessarily have to wait until the weekend to live it up at LAVO Singapore — the middle of the week is perfect too. Happening every Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm, Ladies Night on Wednesdays will help take girls’ get-togethers to the next level with a free flow of prosecco for just $30.

To make your reservations, call +65 6688 8591 or drop an email. For more information, head to LAVO Singapore’s website. *Subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes
