Pies & Coffee has just launched a new menu of items like the open-face apple pie ($7.50), a crumbly pastry with hunks of just-cooked apple, while the folks at Windowsill Pies, are now selling a rocking lime coconut pie spiked with vodka jelly ($7.50).
