Check out new Italian gastrobar &SONS at China Square Central for small plates, cocktails, artisanal cheeses, handcrafted salami and more.

The month-old joint is styled on the traditional bacaro (Venetian wine bar) and offers classic creations with an Italian twist.

Items on offer at the bar include the CosmoNapolitano ($12), a mix of vodka, fragolino, limoncello and strawberry liquer, and other Venetian cocktails such as Americano ($12) and Negroni ($12).

As for food, there's a range of homemade salami and prosciutto (from $8) to choose from, as well as cheeses like parmigiano reggiano and gorgonzola ($9 each, $18 for a mix board). Other small plates like paccheri pasta with iberico pork & truffle ($15) and kurobuta pork neck with porcini sauce ($15) are available.
