As Art Week takes place, we've been to see ArtSpace @ Helutrans, taking a look at the spaces by Galerie Steph, Ikkan Art Gallery in collaboration with Neo Folk 2, Redot Fine Art Gallery and Richard Koh Fine Art. The showcases here are vibrant, with a lot of color and texture in the art works, from Neo Folk 2’s curated contemporary pieces to Nadiah Bamadhaj’s large charcoal on paper collages. The combined art space also featured exhibitions like Fraternize feat.Tan Peiling, Irene Namok’s Puuya Kuntha – Strong Heart, Zhang Chung Hong’s Currents: Flow, Fall, Calm, Curl, and Sweet Surrender: Studies In Abstraction by Sharmistha Ray. In this sensory collection of art works, each gallery has its own distinct feel, while still contributing to the overall atmosphere of the art space.
