Miam Miam (Bugis)
This casual café marries French culinary techniques with Japanese flavors, boasting highlights such as squid ink pasta with wasabi infused oil ($16.80), Japanese curry with baked rice and pork frankfurters ($15.50), and plenty of matcha desserts and sweet treats, including a matcha souffle ($10.80) and matcha pancakes with red bean cream ($12.80).
Kensai Kitchen
It’s an all-you-can-eat concept here at Kensai Kitchen. The buffet spread (weekdays $19.90, weekends $24.90) features simple creations, including nikujaga (a beef stew with potatoes, carrots and onions cooked in soy sauce and mirin), grilled egg a.k.a. dashimaki, karaage chicken, and plenty more.

Looking for a healthy, quick meal in the CBD area? At this spot, you’ll get roasted meats for less than $10 with optional add-ons like olive rice ($3) and roasted potatoes ($2). A small selection of veggie juices ($4.50) is also on offer.
