Maker Faire 2015
Various crafters and hobbyists get together to showcase their creations and wares in popular global fair. The Singapore edition will feature works spanning accessories, gadgets and various craft pieces. Highlights include Bikes 4 Fun, Chorus Text and Saad Chinoy. It will be held at 15 Tampines St. 11.
SG50 Comic Art Exhibition
In partnership with the Comic Society of Singapore, 50 budding local talents in comic art will be showcasing their original works at this group show. The event will also host other exciting activities focused on youths’ interest in the arts, including a cosplay runway and artist showcase by Rachta Lin.
The Singapore Journey: 50 Years Through Stamps
This exhibition will feature specially selected stamps, philatelic materials and rarely seen original stamp artworks which document the city’s growth, tribulations and achievements through the years.
Seussical the Musical
Based on the works of Dr. Seuss, this musical features elements from the more popular books like Horton Hears a Who, Green Eggs and Ham and The Cat in the Hat. Conceived by Tony Award winners Stephen Flaherty, Lynn Ahrens and Eric Idle, audiences can expect uplifting dance numbers, colorful costumes and irreverent dialogue.
