Bearing greater news, Ohayo Mama San presents a new chapter with the launch of a new menu filled with a host of engaging offerings true to their trendy and unconventional style.
Debuting on Sep 16 and headlined by the new Negitoro & Salmon Tartare Play Kit, the menu encourages diners to get hands-on and experience their food as they create their own bites – make your negitoro rolls exactly the way you like them. The set comes with chopped and seasoned fatty tuna and salmon belly, marinated sushi rice with Japanese furikake, Japanese togarashi, yaki nori seaweed, tempura bits, ikura, spring onion, and Ohayo Mama San’s signature mentai sauce. Pick, choose, and put them together in any way you fancy.
For an extra layer of indulgence, diners may even choose to add-on uni into their negitoro sets.
The Signature Mamasan Kyuden is another exciting addition to look forward to, featuring a medley of spicy salmon belly, salmon mentai, shrimp tempura, unagi, and more sushi rolls served on a towering wooden stand.
With the new menu, old favourites also get a fresh revamp. The improved Salmon Obsession Platter serves up 10 different salmon creations that’ll satisfy even the most discerning of salmon lovers. Look out for items like salmon wrapped with bocconcini, salmon belly with nori sauce, salmon aburi with cheese eel sauce, accompanying bites of almon cubes with orange citrus marinade, and many more!
The Around-The-World Seafood Platter still holds its own as a winner with the freshest of airflown seafood from Norway, Demark, the UK, Japan, South Korea, the USA, and Canada.
From Sep 16 to Oct 16, Ohayo Mama San will be offering promotional prices on their most popular items, and 1-for-1 specials on all their Nori Tacos, to celebrate the new menu.
