Inspired by the team’s fortnightly epicurean experiments, Chef-Owner Ryan Clift and Head Chef Ayo Adeyemi redefine the experience with their own touch to present exquisitely composed dishes.

The menu will feature a creative range of ingredients and techniques, showcasing the freshest produce through highlights such as the bite-sized Wagyu Tartare Tartlet, where A5 wagyu beef classic tartare with confit egg is served in charcoal tart pastry, Chef Clift’s Liquid Omelette, a velvety smooth omelette suspended in a rich broth then topped with a generous serving of black truffles, morels, black Corsican pancetta, and vin jaune cream, and the charming Musk Melon à la Japanese Slipper.
