Eat, drink and simply revel in the merriment at Swissotel Merchant Court, as the hotel’s stalwart Ellenborough Market Cafe celebrates the festive season beginning Dec 4. Enjoy a plethora of festive flavours, as its ala carte buffet spreads offer ambrosial creations including Honey Baked Ham with Pineapple, Roasted Nyonya Turkey Breast with Rendang Sauce, Honey Glazed Bone-in Champagne Ham in Port Wine Sauce—all in addition to its signature dishes like the Ayam Buah Keluak, EMC Signature Laksa with River Prawn and Clams and more. It’s a Christmas miracle at Oxwell & Clan, a newly-launched Christmas dining pop-up by the people behind Oxwell & Co which shattered hearts when it shuttered earlier this year. For a limited time only, head to the Straits Clan’s Clan Cafe for a six-week Christmas party opened to meet the seasonal demand for celebrations of all types and sizes—completely imbued with Christmas cheer, Yuletide carols, hearty food, and celebratory tipples. On its festive menu, find a bounty of Christmas-inspired dishes, including Turkey Roulade with celery, chestnuts, sage, mushrooms and gravy, and Crackled Belly of Pork brimming with savoy cabbage, clove and apple sauce. For tipples, try the aromatic Unusual Eggnogg with gin, milk, honey, egg and allspice, or the seasonally inspired cocktail Winta Colada.

This December, brace yourself for an epic four-course festive menu at Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore’s Se7enth, where plates of Smoked Turducken Roulade and Seared Salmon in Apple Glazed Butter Cream will take centrestage and tantalise the taste buds.
