The 10th outlet of the widely loved PS.Cafe sits on the third floor of the light-filled Raffles City atrium, with the same large glass panels and black-and-white awnings that make it distinctively PS.Cafe. Styled as a greenhouse in the sky, this particular outlet features a sprawling green wall, trees and planters, to create a green sanctuary for weary shoppers.
For the food, expect PS.Cafe’s signature breakfast dishes and all-day menu, which includes soups, salads, mains and pastas. New eats to look out for are the buttermilk fried chicken, Norwegian smoked salmon with avocado salsa, and mushroom & fennel sausage conchiglie pasta. For the sweet-toothed, you’ll be pleased to know that the classic Double Chocolate Blackout Cake will be available here too.
And of course, truffle fries.
