Get ready to overdose on meat at this full-blown meat fest

Everyone’s favorite meat buffet restaurant The Carvery has got plans to literally beef up a stale September—from Sep 27 to Oct 22, with the return of the Great Meat Feast featuring a new and improved, international line-up of pork cuts and beef.

The Carvery, located atop Park Hotel Alexandra, is introducing two new pork cuts—a cross-bred, marbled pork collar from Dingley Dell Farms in Britain, and a pork belly with 60 percent unsaturated fat profile from Bangalow Sweet Pork Australia. For the beef lovers, there’s beef carvings from 28 Days Dry Aged Aberdeen Angus (Britain), John Dee (Australia), Mayura Full-blood Wagyu (Australia), and classic Black Angus (USA).

Available for dinner buffet from $78 (weekdays) and $88 (weekends), the spread includes The Carvery’s signature favorites and complementary hot dishes. Best not to bring vegetarians.
