The third level of 100AM in Tanjong Pagar is now home to Itadakimasu by PARCO, a new culinary destination featuring seven authentic Japanese restaurants. Itis here you’ll find Numazu Uogashizushi, a sushi restaurant whose history dates back to 1979 and which currently boasts 44 outlets across Japan. This outpost at Itadakimasu is their first outlet in Singapore. Numazu Uogashizushi is one of the few sushi restaurants to have coveted auction rights in Numazu fish market in Shizuoka, so diners can expect premium quality seafood flown to Singapore directly from the market. Look out especially for Shizuoka specialities like sakura ebi, kinmedai (golden eye snapper/splendid alfonsino) and mackerel.
