Foodies in Singapore are experts when it comes to beef. It’s not enough to tell us that beef is wagyu or Angus; we want to know where it came from, what the cattle was fed and how long it’s been aged. If you think you know it all, however, prepare to be surprised – The Carvery has an event lined up that will open your eyes to a new world of beef.
Taking place from Sep 28 to Oct 22, The Great Meat Feast buffet will bring you tantalizing beef varieties ranging from Japanese Aomori rice beef – fed only whole rice plants and fresh spring water – to 500-day chocolate- and grain-fed Mayura full-blood wagyu from South Australia and zebu from Brazil. The buffet is priced at $78 per person from Sun-Thu and $88 per person from Fri-Sat. Patrons can add wine pairings for $14 per glass or $68 per bottle.
