The team behind theatrical dining experience AndSoForth is at it again, and this time, their latest interactive dinner sessions are styled after a spy-themed escape room.
If you’re unfamiliar with the group’s previous dining events, they are inspired by the “underground” dining subculture in London, where participants engage in an interactive meal complete with an elaborate set. The Spy, The Thug, His Wife and Her Lover (Aug 6-Sep 18) is happening at a secret location, and diners will receive directions to the venue via SMS on the day before the event. They will then be participating in an attempt to break out of “prison”, where they will have to gather information and escape without blowing their covers. The menu is under wraps, but there is a full bar serving cocktails, wine and beer.
