Bistro French Quays

Emmanuel Stroobant and Saint Pierre may have moved off Sentosa, but there’s a new French restaurant just a few doors down. Italian and French-trained chef Chamara Fonseke, who has done stints at French fine-dining restaurants Au Petit Salut, Table at 7 and Les Bistro du Sommelier, helms this casual waterfront establishment serving up traditional French food.

The 70-seater restaurant, set in an intimate and cozy space, features simple white brick walls and checkered tablecloths, with a view overlooking the docks of Quayside Isle in Sentosa Cove. The food menu reads like an authentic French bistro—dishes include hearty soups such as lobster bisque ($11), charcuterie platters ($66-84), premium Angus beef steaks ($29-149), mains like seafood au gratin ($29) and desserts ($13-15). Drinks-wise, order from a wide selection of French and New World wines, specialty cocktails, craft beers and premium spirits to go with your meal.
