Charn Issara Development (the people who brought us Sri Panwa) and and Junfa Real Estate are opening a new luxury and vacation villa and residence along Phuket’s Natai Beach.
The 42-square meter Baba Beach Club will open at the end of next year, and is only a 20 minute ride away from the airport. The rooms are furnished in soft beiges and browns, and come with quirky patterns on the pillows and carpets. And yes, you can have your view of the Andaman sea.
The entire hotel and residence has 16 single bedrooms, 36 two-bedroom villas and 104 one or two bedroom suites with pools and penthouses. There are also six five-bedroom, 1,300-square meter beachfront villas for those with extremely deep pockets. Prices start from about S$417,928 for a 110 square-meter one-bedroom suite, but will only be complete within two years.
