For those game for fancy fare set in pitch-black surroundings, Nox – Dine in the Dark is celebrating its second anniversary on Aug 19 by throwing a six-hour party featuring 15 of Singapore’s top mixologists like Jeremie Tan from Jekyll & Hyde, Yugnes Susela from Tippling Club and Syafiq Rahim of 28 HongKong Street. The event also serves plates like wagyu beef tatki with goma dressing and crispy pork belly with cocoa sauce by head chef Desmond Lee. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped and tickets are priced at $60 for early birds.
