Wines are made using French grape varietals like shiraz and viognier, but grown in Nandi Hills and Nashi Valley. The dinner consists of dishes like salmon tikka and kachumber salad, methi gosht with dal makhani and bharwan gucchi, morel mushrooms stuffed with cheese and garlic. The wines feature include Grover Zampa’s 2014 “Art Collection” Sauvignon Blanc and a 2013 “Vijay Amritraj Reserve Collection” red blend.
