Now that the quintessentially Club Street bar 83 has given way to this rum-heavy outpost, gone are the days of dark wood and baroque-modern walls. In its stead are cheery Caribbean colors like sunshine yellow and seafoam green. But traces of the raucous bar remain, namely in the 83 different rums it carries. Drinks aside, it has Latin tapas plates of seafood ceviche, potato brava and pork ribs confit to line the stomach with. But if you’re in it just for the drinks, there are cocktails like daiquiris and the signature Bumbo Rum Club.
