Flying to Japan just got more affordable

Flights from Singapore to Sapporo just got cheaper, thanks to Thailand’s low-cost carrier Thai AirAsia X. It just rolled out a new route from Singapore’s Changi Airport to Sapporo’s New Chitose Airport (on Hokkaido), with a fuss-free pitstop in Bangkok, with free Wi-fi and no immigration check.

The route starts on May 1 and it will be on the roomy Airbus A330-300. There are even Premium Seats and Business Class on this flight, including, most excitingly, a quiet zone open only to passengers ages 10 and up.

Of course, what’s a new route without an introductory price? Book between now and Feb 22 for travel from May 1, 2015 to Jun 30, 2016 and you could snag yourself all-in fares from $259 for a one-way ticket. Head here to book.
