Pizza Fabbrica

Simple Italian fare are the focus at this concrete-floored Kampong Glam restaurant, helmed by a young Italian chef and sporting a large open kitchen, a wood-fire oven and enomatic wine machines. On the menu are approachable plates of squid ink pasta with calamari ($24); gnocchi with eggplant and bufala mozzarella ($20), as well as a comprehensive list of tomato-based and white pizzas ($18-26) with toppings like prosciutto and shrimp. Along with a brief, mostly Italian wine list, there are about nine options by the glass, including an $11 Prosecco and a $27 Barolo also a short craft beer list with names like Hitachino on tap ($12) and Cornish Orchards ciders ($14).
