In true Japanese fashion, with only 8 seats, this restaurant is tiny. However, you can’t really argue with the intimate space as the credentials behind the counter are pretty astonishing. The brainchild of Michelin-starred Japanese Kaiseka master Chef Nobumasa Mieda and helmed by chefs Kenji Okumura and Keisuke Ohno, this sushi restaurant must be legit. The multi-course restaurant sources ingredients from Tsukiji Market and has three main menus to choose from ranging from the six-course Koufuku to the eight-course Omakase with lots of premium ingredients, however there are also a-la-carte options for those times you’re not feeling too indulgent.
