Move over Laduree: Janice Wong is launching her own line of sweet treats

Ardent followers of award-winning dessert chef Janice Wong and those with a sweet tooth can look forward to a new sweets shop opening in ION Orchard.

Slated to open Dec 22, there’s more edible art, bonbons and cakes at the new JANICE WONG. On display are items like marshmallow paintings ($18), chocolate bonbons ($2.50), chocolate balloons and kites (from $5), assorted cakes ($10) and fruit rolls ($9.80), among others. You can also create chocolate art with 38 different colors of chocolate paint ($15), which includes flavors like passionfruit, green mango and smoked chocolate.

If you simply can’t wait, check out her pop-up stores at Gardens by the Bay’s Supertree Grove (Nov 29-Dec 21) and ION Orchard’s Atrium (from Dec 22).
