Merchants Wine Cellar hosts a five-course seafood-centric dinner with the likes of snapper, prawns, oysters and calamari sourced from Southwestern Autralia. Wines are from the award-winning Yilgarnia Wines boutique winery located in Denmark, Western Australia. Their Merlot and Shiraz bottlings have recently been awarded gold medals at the Wine & Spirits Asia 2014.
