This series of wine appreciation workshops happen every Wednesday and Thursday and focus on two types of wine varietals that change every two months. The aim is to help guests discern the differences between the same grapes in different terroirs – like a New World Californian Sauvignon Blanc to an Old World French one. Each two-hour workshop has a white and red wine with five tasting portions from different countries.
- August and September: a full-bodied Shiraz and a lean, elegant Chardonnay
- October and November: a velvety Merlot and a sweet Riesling
- December: a fruity Pinot Noir and the rose-colored Zinfandel
Each two-hour workshop starts at 7pm located on the second floor of 117A Killiney Road. Sign up at [email protected]
