This Illy coffee-themed dinner by chef Roberto Galetti features five courses of coffee-infused dishes. Expect his modern Italian touch with plates of scallops with cauliflower puree, mustard seeds and a coffee cloud; coffee fetuccine with porcini mascarpone and toasted walnuts; and pan-fried foie gras with coffee crust and pumpkin puree. There are also wine pairings by Carpazo winery with bottles like 2006 Brunello di Montalcino La Casa and a 2013 Sangiovese di Toscana.
