Never mind that you didn’t manage to snag a table at Bacchanalia’s A Taste of Norway dinner by Fat Duck alums (which by the way, got extended for another day), because more award-winning celeb chefs are descending upon our shores. Here’s where to expect them:
Saha Signature Indian Restaurant & Bar
One of India’s best chefs, Abhijit Saha, is setting up shop at Duxton Hill above Russian restaurant Buyan, and his modern Indian cuisine will add a mich-needed diversity to the Western-centric dining enclave. Inspired by India’s rich culinary heritage, he recreates dishes with a modern and refined approach in mind. Expect innovative dishes like Kakori lamb roulade, Kasoor Methi seared foie gras and baked gulab jamun cheesecake.
Saul Bolton at The Cliff
Michelin-starred chef Saul Bolton takes over Sentosa Resort and Spa’s restaurant The Cliff for a five-day guest stint between July 9 and 13. Savor dishes like sea urchin chawanmushi with black truffle vinaigrette and lobster with carrot curry and long bean—which melds Western dishes with Eastern flavors.
STORIES: A Pop Up Restaurant
This five-course dinner by chef Stephan Zoisl, who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide like Chicago’s Alinea, pays homage to Singapore’s history and is held at storied locations like the now-defunct Tanjong Pagar Railway Station. The hush-hush menu will only be revealed on the day itself.
