The tenth—and last—edition of the Mosaic Music Festival will be held at the Esplanade from Mar 7-16 this year. The festival, which celebrates musical diversity, showcases a multitude of genres, including jazz, soul, pop, electronic and rock.
This year’s line-up will feature a bevy of internationally acclaimed artists from over 11 countries. Expect to catch Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Neko Case from the US in action, as well as British guitar maestro John McLaughlin and his band, The 4th Dimension. Festival-goers can also groove to tunes from UK electronic rockers The Big Pink and Norway’s Young Dreams, amidst a slew of other world-class acts.
To celebrate its anniversary and swan song, the festival will also feature an exhibition showcasing Mosaic highlights in the form of videos, photographs, audio clips and autographed posters. There will also be free talks and master classes to enable audiences to learn more about music.
Tickets for the Mosaic Music Festival 2014 can be purchased from Esplanade’s Box Office, the festival’s website www.mosaicmusicfestival.com, or from SISTIC.
