The Mustard Incident is TANGS Orchard’s newest takeaway dining concept featuring irresistible hot dogs with all sorts of flavors and toppings.
Located at basement one of TANGS Orchard, hot dog choices include signatures like the Hawt Dog ($9)—a spicy pork sausage creation topped with tomato and onion relish with a douse of hot sauce—and Frankenstein ($10), two pork and beef sausage halves paired with streaky bacon.
Other classic American favorites are also available, including Chicago Dog ($9)—beef sausage topped with pickles, diced tomatoes and chopped onions, Bar-B-Dog ($9)—barbecued pork sausage with BBQ and garlic sauce, and the Coney Dog ($9)—covered in beanless beef chili, chopped onions and garlic sauce.
A range of artisanal beers are also on offer ($12 per bottle), such as Brewdog Dead Pony ale from the US, Green Goblin cider from the UK, and St. Bernardus Witbier from Belgium.
