International restaurant PappaSan is now open at the Dorsett Regency Singapore serving a menu of diverse recipes like Sailing Sticky Ribs ($38) and 90 Days Farm Chicken Rice ($17).
The place is run by the Niche Group, which has plenty of cafés and bakeshops in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and China. Alfred Lien, the managing director for the Niche Group says, “Our secret recipes have been sourced from family-owned small restaurants. The one for our specialty roast suckling pig originated from Portugal.”
