Amoy Street bar Jigger & Pony has launched a new drinks list updated with both classic and contemporary concoctions.
The bar’s grid-like cocktail menu (comprising 24 tipples) now includes fresh additions like the Little Red Dot ($22)—Tanqueray Ten gin, raspberries, lychee liqueur, grapefruit juice and Indian rosewater—the Bitter Gimlet ($22), a mix of Tanqueray Ten gin, Fever Tree tonic reduction and bergamot essence, as well as the New York Sour ($20) a modern take on the standard whisky sour with rye whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and red wine.
