Light and music festival Vivid Sydney 2013—on May 24-June 10— offers light projections onto Sydney landmarks and top concerts.
The work of creative team the The Spinifex Group, the light displays will be showcased at well known landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House, Customs House and the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.
In addition, expect performances from musicians such as American R&B talent Bobby Womack as well as Australian names including jazz veteran C.W Stoneking, blues group Cloud Control and dance music stars Future Classic.
While in town for the festival, stay at stylish local establishments like QT Sydney, a refurbished 200-roomer housed in the Old State Theatre building. The hotel is offering an Experience QT package at AU$325 (S$422) per night including dinner for two at the on-premise Gowings Bar & Grill as well as a haircut or shave for men or an hour-long hair treatment for ladies.
