Fusion restaurant Morsels, run by Singaporean couple and chef-owners Bryan Chia and Petrina Loh, is now open on Mayo Street in Little India.
Loh graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, and Chia studied at the Culinary Institute of America.
The 40-seat establishment serves up dishes like grilled octopus and squid ink risotto with salted egg sauce ($25), Hokkaido scallop ceviche with plums and tobiko (from $17) and Firecracker pork pasta with habanero pesto ($12).
