It’s always good to see beer being taken seriously. And now two of Singapore’s most highly regarded F&B establishments, Brewerkz and db Bistro Moderne, are teaming up on Tuesday, February 26 for a five-course meal that features pairings such as Maine Diver Scallops alongside a Wheat Beer, and Beer Braised Shortrib “Carbonade” served up with Hopback Ale. The event goes down at db Bistro Moderne at 7:30pm and costs $98 per person. The full menu is up here, and slots look like they’re filling fast.
