Set up by husband-and-wife duo Leslie and Jazz Lee, who both left their jobs in the banking and spa industries to helm this venture along with the established Renaldo’s Apple Strudel & Pastries, Freddie’s takes its cue from the burger scene in Australia, but infuses it with Asian elements—resulting in burgers that are fun, tasty, creative and inventive. In a nutshell: It’s not positioned to be gourmet, yet is a little above fast food.
