Singapore fusion restaurant 7Adam has new talent in the kitchen: executive chef Reynaldo Paulinho Arriola and sous chef Angus Chow, plus a new general manager Rachmat Nurcahyo (who used to be at Singapore Island Country Club just down the road).
Chef Arriola and chef Chow present a fresh lunch menu with simple offerings like cream of carrot soup with ginger ($10), cous cous with pumpkin mash ($16), a wagyu burger ($25), pan roasted Angus D rump steak ($28) and soy panna cotta ($10).
The restaurant also has a separate set lunch menu ($37) and brunch menu with items like cinnamon toast and mixed berries ($12) as well as French cepes omelette ($21).
Besides a new menu, the restaurant is also displaying works by Singapore and Southeast Asian artists. The current exibition features pieces by six Indonesian talents from the Tuju Art Group. Displays will change every six weeks.
