Established in 1994 by Sueo Mizuma in Tokyo’s Aoyama area, Mizuma Art Gallery brings the work of new generations of Japanese and Asian artists to the World. After relocating to Tokyo’s Nakameguro district in 2002, Mizuma Art Gallery moved to a larger space in Tokyo’s Ichigaya area from where it still operates. After establishing a new space called Mizuma & One in Beijing, in a move towards a broader Asian audience, Mizuma Art Gallery opened its second international space at Gillman Barracks, here in Singapore.
