Seafood fans take note. Head down to French fine dining establishment Brasserie Les Saveurs for their special Atlantic blue lobster promotion which runs from now through August 17.
Chef de cuisine Alexandre Lozachmeur has crafted dishes featuring the crustacean starting with Atlantic blue lobster bisque with lobster ravioli and herbs, followed by Atlantic blue lobster médaillons with Kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes and tarragon ice cream.
For mains, find options such as sautéed Atlantic blue lobster with pan-seared Atlantic sea bass, tomato vinaigrette and summer mushrooms (lunch) or sautéed Atlantic blue lobster with ratte potatoes and pearl onions (dinner).
Available as a three-course set lunch ($58; $88 with wine pairing) and six-course dinner ($138; $198 with wine pairing).
