Italian restaurant Dolce Vita at the Mandarin Oriental has added fresh options to their menu.
Jointly created by Michelin-starred executive chef Marco Pedrelli and chef de cuisine Johnny Meitei, the new appetizer recipes include fegato grasso scottato ($30), foie gras with duck confit parcel, and insalata gamberoni ($28), a light salad with romaine lettuce, spring baby vegetables, grilled tiger prawns and beetroot dressing.
Just-added main dishes include halibut alla griglia ($44), grilled white halibut with braised puy lentils and involtini di sogliola ($48), Dover sole roulade with shellfish mousse.
