The first and currently only three-Michelin-starred chef to be based in Singapore Bruno Ménard will be debuting his first eatery &MADE by Bruno Ménard (#01-04 to 06 Pacific Plaza, 9 Scotts Rd.) here on July 16.
Set up under the Deliciae restaurant group (they’re the folks who brought you steak fries bistro L’Entrecôte, Spanish tapas joint Sabio and French seafood establishment Le Petit Cancale), &MADE’s a casual concept offering gourmet burgers (from $19) like The 3 Little Pigs with bacon, chorizo and yuzu kosho mayo ($22), sandwiches (from $16) and salads (from $15) including smoked salmon with yogurt-cucumber sauce.
Expect desserts such as hot caramel lava cakes ($15) and lollipop waffles ($9).
