Kushikatsu, deep-fried Japanese skewers, are the specialty at this swanky new spot. At lunch, you can get a set of seven sticks ($75)—possible items include kurobuta pork and mushroom with cream cheese—and more affordable meals like spicy Korean stew ($35) and chirashi sushi ($55). Dinner offerings include their eight-course kaiseki ($280) and 10-stick ($120) or 15-stick kushikatsu sets ($180).
