To celebrate the official debut of Ayala Champagne in Singapore, Bacardi-Martini Singapore is organizing a very special event at Harry’s Bar @ Boat Quay on November 30 from 6pm.
Menus have also been created to be paired with five Crus of Ayala Champagne such as Brut Majeur, 2004 Blanc de Blancs, Brut Nature, Rosé Majeur and 2002 Perle d’Ayala, so you can expect Avruga caviar with sour cream on blinis and pan-seared scallops with bacon.
All you have to do is show up, and your first glass is on them.
