Cocktail bars are everywhere these days, but two things make the cocktails at Bartini different—they’re made with premium and uncommon spirits (like Wyborowa’s flavored vodkas and Diplomatico rum from Venezuela), and they all have an element of fun to them. They serve the classics like Planter’s Punch ($20) with spiced rum and pineapple foam, but the highlights here are their signature creations including the Pornstar Martini ($22), a mix of vodka, raspberry liqueur and passionfruit served with a shot of Champagne, and Putin’s Revenge ($20), a concoction with almond vodka, Frangelico, crème de cacao and cream.
There’s also a pretty impressive selection of Kiwi beers, from the recently-arrived Moa to the lesser-known Tuatara Hefe, and if you get hungry, they’ve got light bites.
