We’re well aware it’s forever summer here, which is why we’re glad to be reminded of seasonality with products like black summer truffles. We popped by Novus to sample some of chef Stephan Zoisl’s latest creations, which are available from now through Aug 31.
We really did the simplicity of the black Angus beef Carpaccio ($28), as well as the flavor profile of the truffle-and ricotta-stuffed ravioli accented with purple shiso ($32). Set lunches are a steal at $32 for two courses or $40 for three courses. Or treat yourself to a six-course dinner degustation ($128).
