We know it seems like we have coffee on the brain, but it’s really because everywhere we turn recently, there are new spots brewing. Another to join the ranks is jimmy monkey (#01-51 One-North Residences, 9 One-North Gateway, 6777-8470), which opened last Saturday. Armed with the city’s first Slayer espresso machine (there are only 80 worldwide), it’s purported to make some kickass cawfee. We’ll report back once we get a chance to sample some for ourselves. Oh right, there’s food too. Anyone fancy some duck fat-fried sweet potato fries?
