Is the food in Singapore getting better, or are we just enjoying life more? Whatever the reasoning, we’ve been on a five-star-review bender, as this week, we’ve given five stars to Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud’s db Bistro Moderne.
Since April this year, we’ve given out three (yeah, three) five-star ratings to restaurants. Before this spate, the last five-star review we handed out was in 2008, to Matsu which at the time was called Shibaken.
Other restaurants that we have awarded five stars to are Tonny Restaurant, Mustard, Sushi Yoshida, Saint Pierre and Les Amis.
Try any one of them. They’re fabulous.
