This year’s Timbre Rock & Roots music festival will see not one but four Grammy Award-winning artistes taking centre-stage, with folk hero Bob Dylan headlining the festival. The festival will be held at the Marina Promenade on April 15-16.
A seventeen‐time Grammy Award winner, Time Magazine’s ‘100 Most Important People of the Century’ and Academy Award recipient, this is the second time that Dylan will be performing here and he will headline the first night of the festival.
Other artistes set to perform here are six-time Grammy winner John Legend, synthpop singer-songwriter Imogen Heap, Michael Franti & Spearhead, pioneering raggae act Toots & The Maytals, Grammy award nominee Trombone Shorty and homegrown blues and rock band Raw Earth. More artistes and bands will be announced as they get confirmed.
Tickets $81-171 available from Jan 20-Feb 4 for OCBC cardmembers from Sistic. Tickets ($70-200) for the public are open from Feb 5.
